I offer over 14 yrs. of experience in the Chapin community and surrounding Lake Murray area. During that time, my wife Linda and I have stayed actively involved with our three children Jessica, Raymond, and Carl, participating in their school and recreational activities. While watching our children grow, we have watched the Chapin community grow as well. We are proud to say, 'there is no place we would rather be'.
Having moved all of my life, I know how important it is to make a smooth transition.
