Hello my name is Gail Evans. I have lived in the Columbia/Irmo area since December 1994. I am a court reporter and have also worked in the Federal Court System for 15 years. With over 25 years of legal experience, and knowing how the court system works, I believe that will enhance my ability in assisting you with all of your real estate needs whether you are selling or buying. Even though I've worked in the legal field, my passion has always been buying and selling real estate. I know that buying or selling a home can be a time-consuming process and enlisting the help of a professional realtor frees up your time to concentrate on other important matters.
