I have lived in Columbia, South Carolina my entire life. I have been married to a wonderful woman for 7 years and have two boys, ages 2 and 3. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2002 with a B.A. in Economics, and attained my Broker's License in 2006. I now manage 53 personal properties under Shumpert Realty, and handle all other real estate transactions under ERA Wilder Realty.

I am involved in several organizations in Columbia, including the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS. I am an ambassador for the Home Builders Association and serve on the membership committee for the Sales and Marketing Council. I am a Certified New Home Specialist, and have a great understanding of the new home market and process.
