The County seat of Orangeburg County is home to 5 main court systems - Superior Court, Family Court, Magistrates Court, Probate Court and Master in Equity. The County Magistrates administer County Traffic Court. Orangeburg operates its own Municipal Court every Wednesday at 4:00pm. City of Orangeburg has its own traffic court.
