ERA Wilder Realty Inc. Announces Training Initiative- Admirals Academy
Columbia, S.C., October, 2006- ERA Wilder Realty Inc. is participating in a national ERA training initiative
geared towards developing communication and coaching techniques for effective
management. Eddie Wilder, President of ERA Wilder Realty Inc, is committed towards
continuing education for all of his employees. ERA Wilder Realty also provides
ongoing training programs for Brokers.
A national pilot program, Admirals Academy will give the tools and strategies
to get ERA Wilder Realty Inc on course and keep it there! Admirals Academy is
a five day course taught one day every other week.
Who is eligible to attend? Brokers, Sale Managers, Recruiters and Trainers. The
objective is to discover and implement ways to increase the productivity of the
ERA Member Broker’s company with emphasis on active recruiting, coaching, integrated
marketing plus agent and management accountability.
